Winter Conditioning
November –
February

Workouts Are Monday–Thursdays
and are considered part of practice. Attendance is taken and is a
factor in the WTWoodson Winter Conditioning T-shirts.

Conditioning Workouts
are from 2:45 to 4:30 p.m.

Men –
Finish at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday & Thursday
o
Women –
Finish at 4:30 p.m. on Monday & Wednesday

Strength Workouts

Men -
Monday & Wednesdays (4:30 -
5:30)
o
Women -
Tuesday & Thursdays (4:30 -
6:00)

Call or email a Captain or Coach Prior to Missing A Workout.

On-Water Practice
February - May
Practice will be held Monday through Saturday at Sandy Run Rowing
Facility. Weekday practice will begin at 3:30 PM and will finish 30
minutes after sunset (or 6:30 pm, whichever comes first). Saturday
practice will begin at 9:00AM and finish at 11:30AM. Bus
transportation is available on weekdays only and will leave Woodson
High School at 3:00 Monday through Friday.
Spring Break Practice

Practice is held each day of Spring Break.
